Hair:  Gray

Clothing:   Grayish/blue hood sweatshirt type coat; blue jeans; blue t-shirt

Beckman has multiple medical issues and is mentally disabled.

He was last seen in the area of the 1200 block of Idaho St about 2 hours ago.
