The Waterloo Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating missing juvenile, Kandi Sarahi Valencia-Bernardo. Kandi Sarahi Valencia-Bernardo is a 17-year-old Hispanic female, 5'07, 170 lbs with shoulder length brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen January 12th, 2018 leaving Columbus High School (Waterloo) around noon. She was wearing black sweater, black jeans and black Converse shoes.
