Update: Emergencey Phone Service will not be impacted by upgrade

EMERGENCY PHONE SERVICE WILL NOT BE INTERRUPTED! 


During the upgrades to the Waterloo Police Department phone system, Emergency Phone Service will NOT be interrupted.
 


If you have an emergency please call 9-1-1.
 


 

Use the non-emergency phone number,  291-2515, for all other police services.
  


Phone Service down for short period on Monday:
 


On Monday, September 15, 2008 The Waterloo Police Department will be performing upgrades on the phone system for the Police Department.
 


Beginning at 07:00 AM on Monday morning, the Police Department will not be able to receive any incoming calls. This loss of service should only last approximately fifteen (15) minutes. If you need to reach the Police Department during that time, please dial the non-emergency phone number for the Black Hawk County Consolidated Dispatch Office at 319-291-2515.
 


After the upgrades are performed, the phone service will return to normal operations.
