One of county's "most wanted" arrested in Waterloo

On Monday February 21, 2011 at approximately 1942hrs, Officers of the Waterloo Police Department's Violent Crimes Apprehension Team (VCAT) located and took Robert Douglas Roby into custody at 242 Madison St.

Roby was listed on the Black Hawk County Sheriff's Office "Most Wanted" list.  Roby was wanted for multiple felony probation violation warrants and a warrant for assault domestic abuse.  Roby was taken into custody without incident.
