On Monday, January 28, 2013 Waterloo Police investigated an incident at 133 Lobdell Road where two people were stabbed.

Early today, January 30, 2013, at 2:55 AM, Waterloo Police arrested Scott Edward Schrage, age 28, of 1148 Lincoln Street, Waterloo at his residence without incident. He is charged with Willful Serious Injury. He taken to the Black Hawk County Jail and held on $50,000.00 bond.
