On September 4, 2013 Waterloo Police detained a subject for the bank robbery at the Wells Fargo Bank. Since that time, the subject was being treated at a local hospital.
On Saturday, September 14, 2013, the subject, Timothy Robert Way, age 31, of Dallas Center, IA was released from the hospital. He was arrested and charged with Robbery in the 2nd degree. He is being held in the Black Hawk County Jail on $50,000.00 bond.
