The Waterloo Police Department is asking for the public's assistance inn locating a missing Waterloo resident.  Jody Kreb was last seen approximately one week ago at the Salvation Army on Franklin Street in Waterloo.  She was seen with a white male, who had grey hair, a beard and was unkept.  Jody is a white female, 30 years of age with blue eyes and brown hair.  She is 5-10, 140 lbs.  Jody sufferes from mental disabilities and is on daily medication.  Jody has pronounced lips and a large overbite.  If you have any information on Jody Kreb or have seen her please call the Waterloo Police Department via Black Hawk County consolidated dispatch at 319-291-2515
