The Waterloo Police Department is issuing an Operation Locate Alert for Jacia Williams, age 13. She is a black female, 5'7" and last seen wearing black/grey shorts and black tank top. Williams ran away from a family member in the area of Hwy 20/ Hwy 63 in Waterloo on 2/16/26 and was picked up by another subject operating a separate vehicle.
