The Waterloo Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile, Angelina Kobaia. Angelina is a 12-year-old Asian Pacific female, 4’10, 120 lbs with longer length black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen today (May 23rd) around 3:15 pm at Oregon and Bertch wearing a brown jacket and black pants.
