On Sunday September 27, 2009 at 11:49 a.m. Officers with the Waterloo Police Department investigated a report of an assault at 919 W 9th St in Waterloo. During the course of the investigation, information was recieved the suspect was inside the residence and armed with a firearm.    The surrounding area was cordoned off and the Waterloo Police Tactical Unit made entry to the house.  The suspect was not located at this time. The investigation continues.
