Operation Locate 2-10-24

The Waterloo Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating Elliana Jean Brandt.  She is a white female, 13 years of age, 5'0 and approximately 127 pounds with red hair.  She was last seen on 2/9/24 at 11:00 PM at Boarders Inn at 1825 Laporte Road.   She was last seen wearing a black hoodie.  If you see or have any information on her, please call the non emergency number at 319-291-2515.   This is in reference to Waterloo Police Case number, W24-011086.
