On Wednesday July 6, at approximately 5:00 PM Waterloo Officers were dispatched to Mercy One Waterloo on the report of a shooting victim. Officers arrived and learned that a male had arrived by private vehicle with a shooting wound. At this time it is believed to be non-life threatening. No more details at this time.
