On Sunday April 4, 2021, at about 1837hrs, Waterloo Police Officers were dispatched to the 900 block of W. Mullan Ave reference a shooting victim.  The adult male victim suffered a single gunshot wound and was transported for medical treatment.  The victims injury is not believed to be life threatening.  There is no known threat to the general public.  Investigation continue s.
