The Waterloo Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 12 year old boy by the name of Bryant Davion Stephney. Bryant was last see n on April 5th at about 4PM. Bryant is 5’5” tall and 175 pounds. He was last seen wearing khaki pants, orange shirt, and has short dark hair. If anyone has information on Bryant’s whereabouts please call the Waterloo Police Department at 319-291-2515.
