The Waterloo Police Department would like to notify motorists that the traffic lights at I-380 N/SB at Mitchell Ave are not functioning.  All turn lanes at this intersection have been closed and access from La Porte Rd has been temporarily blocked off until repairs can be made to the traffic light system.  The Waterloo Police Department asks that motorists drive with extra caution and awareness when traversing this intersection.
