The Waterloo Police Department is requesting assistance locating a missing Waterloo teen. Ariel Artis left the People’s Clinic at 905 Franklin St just before 7 pm on September 3rd. Ariel is a 13-year-old African American female, 5'03 approximately 130lbs. She was last seen wearing black pants and a black/gray coat. If you see or know information on Ariel, please call your local law enforcement agency or the Black Hawk Consolidated Dispatch Center at 319.291.2515.
