Shortly after 3:00 PM on Wednesday August 13, 2008 Waterloo Police responded to a report of an accident at W.9th Street and Washington. Officers found Donald Wilhite, DOB 10/14/43 of 3816 Briarwood, Cedar Falls was north bound in the 1100 block of Washington and lost control of his motorcycle. Wilhite was transported to Covenant Medical Center for treatment of a head injury and later transferred to Iowa City. Wilhite was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. There is no condition available on Wilhite.
