On October 18, 2008 at 1:57 am the Waterloo Police responded to a report of shots fired in the 1900 block of Spring View Street. 

A short time later Police received a report that an 11 year old child in a home in the 1800 block City View Street had suffered a minor injury.  Police are investigating both incidents and their connection to one another.

 There is no further information available at this time.
