On Sunday October 19th, 2008 at approximately 1:31 AM, officers of the Waterloo Police Department were dispatched to the parking ramp near the corner of W. 4th and Commercial Streets on a report of a robbery.
As officers were responding to that incident, they became aware of an Aggravated Assault that was occurring near the intersection of W. 5th and Cedar Streets.
As a result of the investigation into these incidents the following people have been charged with the following:
Dareysha Tarbor, 25 years old, of 408 E. 8th Street, Waterloo, 2nd Degree Robbery.
Darsjon Tarbor, 17 years old, of 408 E. 8th Street, Waterloo, 2nd Degree Robbery, and Willful Injury.
Darterio Tarbor, 21 years old, of 9110 Dewberry Street, Anchorage, Alaska, 2nd Degree Robbery, and Willful Injury.
The investigation continues and no further information will be released at this time.
