Patch

On Monday, February 2, 2009 around 3:00 A.M., Waterloo Police Officers were sent to 3103 Cedar Knoll Circle in Waterloo on the report of an assault in progress.  Prior to officer's arrival, six persons involved in this incident fled the area in a vehicle, which was stopped by a Black Hawk County Sheriff's Deputy near the scene.

Matthew Raven Delagardelle, age 19, of 8605 McStay Road in LaPorte City, Iowa.

Teylor Ross Trent, age 18, of 1104 College Street in Cedar Falls, Iowa.
