On Saturday, February 7, 2009, at approximatley 23:06, Waterloo Police Officers were dispatched to Allen Hospital on report of a male subject who had come into the Emergency Room with multiple stab wounds.

Through investigation it was determined that the assault took place at 301 Linden Avenue.  Witnesses reported that two male subjects engaged in a physical fight with two other male subjects to the rear of 301 Linden Ave.  During the fight one subject was stabbed multiple times.

The victim, identified as Crystian Guerrero-Villafann age 21, was given a ride to Allen Hospital by a family member.  He was treated and released with non life-threatening injuries.

No further information at this time.  Case remains under investigation.
