On 03-20-09 at approx. 1700 hours officers were sent to Allen Hospital on report of a gunshot victim in the Emergency Room.

The victim, Robert Earl Lyes, age 17, 1100 Lafayette Street, Waterloo, told officers that he had been shot in the leg while standing outside his house.

 Police continue to investigate the incident.
