On Thursday, April 2, 2009 Waterloo Police officers arrested 18-year-old Jeramie Lipale Smith of 1006 Home Park Boulevard, Waterloo and 17-year-old Myles Anthony Ross of 2174 Lafayette Street, Waterloo in connection with the March 30th robbery of the pizza delivery driver in the 1300 block of West 2nd Street.

Smith and Ross are charged with robbery in the second degree and both are being held without bond in the Black Hawk County Jail.  No photos will be released.

This investigation is ongoing and more arrests are anticipated.
