On Saturday, April 11, 2009, at approximately 01:22, Waterloo Police Officers responded to a report of a robbery at 110 Virden Street.  The residents in apartments #3 and #4 reported that two subjects, one of whom was armed with a weapon, had robbed them.  Responding officers did locate two subjects in the area who matched the description of the robbery suspects and they were taken into custody.  The victims identified these subjects as the two who had committed the robbery.

Quon Lewis Cooper (d.o.b. 12/22/92) has been charged with Robbery 1st Degree, Burglary 1st Degree, and Curfew.

Dequayvion Davis (d.o.b. 7/2/93) has been charged with Robbery 1st Degree, Burglary 1st Degree, Interference with Official Acts, and Curfew.
