On 09-02-2009, while Officers were investigating a shooting in the 1200 blk. of West Mullan, two subjects were detained for questioning.

One of these subjects, Detarus Rayshod Jefferson, BM, age 20, of 1813 W.8th Street, Cedar Falls, IA was later charged for a NO BOND, Probation Violation Warrant. No other charges have been filed.

The investigation into the shooting continues.
