On Wednesday September 2, 2009, at approximately 1:06 PM, officers of the Waterloo Police Department responded to a shooting in the 1200 block of West Mullan Street.  When officers arrived they located Shalen House, age 28, who had sustained a bullet wound. The wound is not believed to be life threatening.  The investigation continues.  No further information will be released at this time.
