On 09-03-2009, a Waterloo man was charged with three (3) counts of Burglary in the 3rd Degree. During June 8-10, three businesses on University Avenue were broken into during the night and items taken.
Arrested was Richard Charles Blalock Jr., age 19, of 3870 Pine View Place, Apartment # 203, Waterloo, IA. He is currently being held in the Black Hawk County Jail.
