On September 20, 2009 at 3:02 am  the Waterloo Police were dispatched to the 300 block of West Mullan on a report of a shooting.  Officers arrived to find one person had received a gunshot wound.  The victim was transported to a local hospital.  The injuries are not believed to be life threatening, and the investigation is on going.  There is no further information available at this time.
