On Sunday, December 20, 2009, at approximately 01:52, Waterloo Police Officers responded to 1009 Thorndale Ave. #3, on the report of a harassment call.  Upon arrival officers located a man who had been seriously injured.

 

Ultimately, the victim was transported to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics were he is listed as being in critical condition.  At this time his name is not being released, pending notification of family members.

 

Waterloo Police Officers did arrest Joseph Jeffery Santee (d.o.b. 7/23/79), of 1009 Thorndale Ave. #3.  He has been charged with Willful Injury-C Felony.
