On Saturday, December 19, 2009, at approximately 22:15, Waterloo Police Officers responded to 701 Webster St., on the report of a shooting that had just occurred.  Upon arrival officers located a man who had been shot in the torso.

 

Paramedics transported the victim to Allen Hospital Emergency Room, where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.  The victim’s name is not being released at this time, pending notification of family members.

 

Investigation continues.
