On November 18, 2009 shortly before 11 am, Waterloo Police officers investigated a burglary and armed robbery that took place at 119 Conger Street.

As a result of this investigation arrest warrants were issued for 34-year-old Aundrey Frequal Roberts and 20-year-old Lance Capree Brooks charging both with first-degree robbery.

On Monday, January 4, 2010 around 8 am, Lance Brooks turned himself in at the Black Hawk County Sheriff's Office.  Brooks is being held on two hundred thousand dollar bond.

Aundrey Frequal Roberts remains at large and anyone with information as to his whereabouts is asked to call the Waterloo Police Department at 319-291-4333.
