On May 12, 2010 Waterloo Police Officers arrested three juveniles for burglary and criminal mischief for damage done to an apartment laundry room at 314 Randolph Street.
On May 13, 2010, Police arrested a fourth juvenile in this case. Taken into custody was Denzel Ladell Washington, age 12 on charges of Burglary in the 3rd Degree and Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree. Washington was release to his parents.
