On Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at approximately 4:00 PM, Waterloo Police responded to 833 West 2nd Street on report of a shooting. The victim, Warren Darnail Jefferson-Bey, age 44, of 222 Locust Street, Waterloo had been shot in the face. He was transported to University of Iowa Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

Police have arrested Jefferson-Bey's sister in connection with the shooting. Arrested was Anna Marie Bunch, age 49, of 833 West 2nd Street, Apt.# 108, Waterloo, IA. She has been charged with Possession of a Weapon as a Felon, Terrorism-Intimidation with a Weapon and Willful Injury. She is currently being held in the Black Hawk County Jail on $100,000.00 bond.
