On June 15, 2010, at approximately 8:30 PM, Officers were sent to the area of Linn Street and Oliver Street on report that a large crowd was gathering and there was going to be a fight. Officers arrived and dispersed the crowd.

About thirty minutes later, Officers were back in the area when they observed a large crowd gathering again. Officers approached the group to disperse them, but several people would not comply with the Officer's orders and they were placed under arrest.

Arrested were the following people:

Raheem Sir'Dimond Scott, age 16, of 310 Oliver Street, Waterloo. He was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Interference with Official Acts.

Rashad Alik Scott, age 18, of 310 Oliver Street, Waterloo. He was charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Rodrecous Jomone Damire Johnson, age 17, of 524 Iowa Street, Waterloo. He was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Interference with Official Acts.

Juanrez Darrold Jefferson, age 14, of 714 Hope Street, Waterloo. He was charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Keith Lashaun Vaughn, age 16, of 222 Lester Street, Waterloo. He was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Interference with Official Acts.

Emily Ann Tripp, age 19, of 308 East Donald Street, Waterloo. She was charged with Interference with Official Acts.

Deshai Reniece Manning, age 29, of 1030 Logan Avenue, Waterloo. She was charged with Harassment of a Public Official.

Nicholas Robert Scott, age 13, of 1701 Mulberry Street, Waterloo. He was charged with Failure to Disperse.
