On June 29, 2010 at approximately 9:12 AM, Officers were sent to 709 Randolph Street on report of a burglary in progress. The investigation lead to the arrest of three juveniles.

Taken into custody for Burglary in the Second Degree was Oscar Ray Villafana, age 13, of 1127 West 7th Street, Waterloo, Guy NMN Ray, age 16, of 1127 West 7th Street, Waterloo and Daiquan Terrell Wilder, age 14, of 704 West 1st Street, Waterloo.

Items taken during the burglary and later recovered were a television, computer and purse. The investigations continues.
