On Sunday, August 15th, 2010 at about 8:45 P.M., a Waterloo Police Officer was flagged down in the 200 blk. of Mulberry Street, and a female reported that her 5-year-old son was missing.  Officers searched the immediate area, and the residence at 218 1/2 Mulberry Street.  The missing child was not located, and subsequently an Operation Locate was issued for Dontay Daquan Gray.  At about 10:35 P.M., Officers located the missing child at a relative's residence several blocks away.

The child was located unharmed, and no foul play is suspected.  The Waterloo Police Department has CANCELLED the Operation Locate.
