The Tri-County Drug Enforcement Task Force reached a new level for drugs and property seized in one month. During the month of September 2010, the Task Force seized over $1,000,000.00 in drugs and property.

The Task Force seized several pounds of drugs with an estimated street value of over $988,000.00. The Task Force seized approximately three (3) pounds of marijuana, four (4) pounds of crack cocaine and eleven (11) pounds of powder cocaine.

The Task Force seized property valued at over $102,000.00. The property included three (3) cars, two (2) trucks, one (1) motorcycle and two (2) handguns.

The Task Force made nine (9) arrests in the month of September.
