The Tri-County Drug Task Force served four search warrants this morning that resulted in three arrests and a substantial quantity of marijuana being seized. Three of the search warrants were executed in Waterloo and one was executed in Evansdale. More than 20 pounds of marijuana were seized. The following persons were arrested:

Lee Marvin Bell, age 38, Conspiracy to Distribute Marijuana, Ongoing Criminal Conduct, and Drug Tax Stamp violation.

Tyrone Derrell Bell, age 36, Conspiracy to Distribute Marijuana and Ongoing Criminal Conduct.

Tyrun Derrell Bell, age 36, Conspiracy to Distribute Marijuana and Ongoing Criminal Conduct.

Law enforcement officers from the Waterloo Police Department, Black Hawk County Sheriff's Department, Cedar Falls Police Department, and the Evansdale Police Department were all involved in the execution of these warrants and subsequent arrests.

This investigation is ongoing and continuing.
