On Friday, November 5th at 4:08 PM the Waterloo Police Department was dispatched to the residence at 1334 Knoll Ave. regarding an unattended death. Upon arrival at the scene officers found a 55 year old male victim deceased.

An autopsy was performed on Sunday, November 7th and the cause of death was a result of a medical condition. The victim is identified as Jack Everett Westcott, age 55, 1334 Knoll Ave, Waterloo. No foul play is suspected.
