Two arrested on drugs and gun charges

On June 13, 2010 at approximately 2:15 AM, officers were sent to Porsche's Theater of Arts, 1850 West Airline Highway on report of a man with a gun. Officers observed a car leaving the parking lot and stopped it. A search of the vehicle and occupants was conducted and drugs and a gun were discovered.

Arrested was Kenneth NMN Keller, Jr. age 23, of 426 Ricker, Waterloo, IA. He is charged with Carrying Weapons, Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana, Possession with Intent to Deliver Crack Cocaine and Drug Tax Stamp Violation. Also arrested was Michael John Pendleton, age 20, of 112 Madison, Waterloo, IA. He is being charged with Felon in Possession of a Weapon, Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana, Possession with Intent to Delivery Crack Cocaine and Drug Tax Stamp Violation.

Police recovered a .40 Glock semi-automatic handgun, marijuana and crack cocaine.
