On 1/1/25 at 12:48 AM Officers were dispatched to SACs Neighborhood Pub 2000 Hawthorne Ave on the report of a subject being shot.  Officers and Waterloo Fire Personnel arrived and located three gunshot victims. 

 The victims had been parked in a vehicle in a parking lot adjacent to SAC’s bar. Victim one was struck in the upper body and was transported to a nearby hospital where they were being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

The second victim was struck in the mid-section and was transported to a nearby hospital where they were being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

The third victim had a graze wound on their face and refused treatment.

As a result of the investigation, Waterloo Police have charged 31 yrs old Sadorieous Daquiellin Collins with three counts of Willful Injury, Felon in Control of a firearm, and Intimidation with a dangerous Weapon.

A Criminal Charge/Warrant is merely an accusation, and a defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
