Waterloo Police Arrest Parole Violator
On, Friday, September 12, 2008, at approximately 15:39, Waterloo Police Officers observed Derrick Justin Green (d.o.b. 8/19/78) walking in the area of Lane St. and Mulberry St. Officers had knowledge that Green had a valid warrant for his arrest. When officers attempted to make contact with Green he fled on foot and officers pursued after him.Green was taken into custody inside 402 Elm St. a short time later.
The arrest warrant was for a Parole Violation with a bond of $15,000.
