Waterloo Police Arrest Parole Violator
On, Friday, September 12, 2008, at approximately 15:39, Waterloo Police Officers observed Derrick Justin Green (d.o.b. 8/19/78) walking in the area of Lane St. and Mulberry St. Officers had knowledge that Green had a valid warrant for his arrest. When officers attempted to make contact with Green he fled on foot and officers pursued after him.
Green was taken into custody inside 402 Elm St. a short time later.
