On September 29, 2013 at approximately 4:03 AM, Waterloo Police were dispatched to 1266 West Mullan Avenue on report of a stabbing.
Officers found that John Ladell Bass, age 29, of Waterloo had been stabbed one time in the chest. He died later that day.
