Early this morning, at about 12:15 AM, a Waterloo Police officer attempted to stop a car for playing its stereo too loud. After a short pursuit by vehicle and on foot, two individuals were taken into custody. The individuals are 16-years-old and 19-years-old. After the individuals were apprehended, it was learned that the car had been stolen out of Marion, Iowa. Officers also recovered alcohol and a small amount of marijuana.
