On 7/22/12, at approximately 0134hrs, officers responded to a shooting at Rumors bar located at 229 E. 4th St.  Upon arrival, officers located a shooting victim and placed a suspect in custody.  The victim was taken to an area hospital where he was treated for non life threatening gunshot wounds.  The suspect was identified as Roland R. Anderson, DOB-8/4/59 of 115 Courtland St.  Waterloo.  The suspect was taken to an area hospital for injuries that were not related to this incident.  The suspect is charged with Possession of a firearm as a felon, going armed with intent, and Willful Injury-C Felony.  The suspect will be booked in the BHC Jail upon his release from the hospital.
