A Waterloo man being held in the Black Hawk County Jail since May 20, 2012 has been charged with sixteen (16) additional counts of Burglary.
James Jack Cowan, age 46, of Waterloo has been charged with the following burglaries:

April 11, 2011, Cedar Valley Savers, 3641 Kimball Avenue, #208
April 11, 2011, Central Christian Church, 3475 Kimball Avenue
May 1, 2011, Northeast Iowa Family Practice, 2055 Kimball Avenue
May 2, 2011, St. Edwards Church, 1423 Kimball Avenue
May 16, 2011, Greater Cedar Valley Alliance, 10 West 4th Street, #310
May 15, 2011, Employers Partnering in Child Support, 501 Sycamore Street, #500

During most of these burglaries, cash was taken along with other small items. Cowan has admitted to Investigators that he committed these burglaries.
