On 8/16/12, Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers received a tip as to the location of a suspect, which led to an arrest.   Waterloo Police located Kenneth Richbow, BM, DOB-2/5/65 at 1901 Springview St., Waterloo, IA,  and placed him under arrest without incident.  Richbow had an outstanding arrest warrant for Forgery. Richbow was transported to the BHC jail where he was booked in on the warrant.
