The Waterloo Police Department and the Cedar Falls Police Department are requesting assistance in identifying the suspect in the photograph. This is in connection with a series of thefts that ocurred within Waterloo and Cedar Falls. If anyone can identify the suspect, please call either the WPD, CFPD, or Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers(1-855-300-8477).
