Waterloo Police Arrest two from Crimestoppers Tip
A Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers Facebook tip has led to the arrest of two for fraud. The Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers received numerous tips on the two following their picture being posted on the Crime Stoppers Facebook page. A review of the tip and surveillance footage led to the arrest of Lisa Wolf - 40 of Cedar Falls for Forgery and Credit Card Fraud. Wolf was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail where she was released on bond. A fifteen year old has also been charged in connection to this incident.
